All editorial content on InJobby (text, illustrations, logos, typography, source code, interfaces, proprietary CV templates) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited (Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).

CVs, cover letters, and any other user-authored content remain the exclusive property of their authors. InJobby claims no intellectual property rights over such content.

6. Abuse reporting

Any report of manifestly illegal content (Article 6-I-5 LCEN) may be sent to contact@injobby.com, stating the content description, URL, and legal basis invoked.

7. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law (Article L.141-5 of the French Consumer Code).

Beta phase — InJobby is currently offered free of charge, with no financial transactions. No payment method is collected or processed by the service during this phase.
