Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InJobby service (the “Service”), available at https://injobby.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Description of the Service
InJobby is an online platform offering AI-powered job search tools:
- CV creation and editing with PDF export
- AI-powered cover letter generation
- Multi-layer ATS (Applicant Tracking System) analysis
- AI-guided content optimization
- Application tracking
The Service is currently in beta. Features and quotas may change without notice. The free phase does not constitute a commitment to maintain all features free of charge indefinitely.
3. Registration and account
- Registration is free and open to anyone aged 16 or over.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
- Sharing your login credentials with third parties is prohibited. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Plans and pricing
The Service offers multiple access tiers:
- Free: limited access to core features (quotas detailed on the Pricing page).
- PRO: extended access with higher limits. Price shown on the Pricing page. The PRO plan is currently in launch phase (waitlist).
Prices include applicable taxes. InJobby reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; changes apply only to new subscriptions or renewals.
5. Payment and subscription
Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). InJobby does not store any credit card data. The PRO subscription is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time via your Stripe customer portal; PRO access remains active until the end of the paid period.
5bis. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of subscribing to a paid plan to exercise your right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty. However, pursuant to Article L.221-28-13, if you begin using the digital service before the end of this period with your express consent, you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal. Valid withdrawals will be refunded within 14 days.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unethical purposes.
- Generate discriminatory, defamatory, or misleading content.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits (quotas, rate limits).
- Access the Service through automated means (scraping, bots) without authorization.
- Disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its components, including AI models and prompts.
- Systematically extract, copy, or reuse content or data from the Service (including database extraction or scraping).
7. Intellectual property
- Your content: you retain full intellectual property rights over the CVs, cover letters, and other documents you create using the Service.
- Our platform: the source code, algorithms, interfaces, design, and the InJobby brand are our exclusive property.
- Limited license: you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (ATS analysis, AI generation, PDF export).
8. AI and content generation
The Service uses AI models (via Groq) to generate and optimize content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is a suggestion, not professional advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.
- InJobby does not guarantee that generated content is error-free or suitable for your specific situation.
- Generated content does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Service availability
InJobby strives to keep the Service available 24/7 but does not guarantee any level of availability (SLA). Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or force majeure. InJobby shall not be liable for consequences of temporary unavailability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InJobby shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect damage (loss of opportunity, lost profits, data loss).
- Your use of content generated by the Service.
- The outcome of your job applications or interviews.
- Actions of third parties (recruiters, employers, job platforms).
11. Suspension and termination
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by writing to contact@injobby.com.
- InJobby reserves the right to suspend or delete an account for violation of these Terms, with prior notice except in urgent cases.

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Consumer mediation
In accordance with French consumer law (Articles L.612-1 and R.616-1 of the Code de la consommation), if a dispute remains unresolved, you may seek free consumer mediation. The mediator's details will be provided upon their formal appointment. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
15. Changes to these Terms
InJobby reserves the right to modify these Terms. Substantive changes will be notified 30 days before taking effect and will require your express acceptance upon your next login. If you do not accept, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion.
