Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of paid subscriptions to the InJobby service. They complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict between the two, these Terms of Sale prevail over the Terms of Service for anything related to paid transactions.

Note : these Terms of Sale are the formal counterpart to the French “Conditions Générales de Vente”. They are governed by French law (see section 12).

1. Seller

The seller is the publisher of the InJobby website ; full corporate details (legal name, SIREN registration number, registered office, share capital) are on the Legal Notice page. Contact email : contact@injobby.com.

2. Products and services sold

InJobby offers monthly and annual subscriptions that unlock extended usage quotas on the platform, described on the Pricing page. Current plans :

• Pro plan (monthly / annual) — extended quotas on AI features (ATS scans, cover-letter generations, bullet improvements, PDF exports) with a cap of 20 CVs + 20 cover letters.

The list, contents, and prices of subscriptions may evolve ; changes apply only to new subscriptions or renewals — never retroactively to an ongoing billing cycle.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. Applicable VAT is the rate of the customer's country of residence under EU Directive 2006/112/EC. The breakdown (excl. tax, VAT rate, incl. tax) appears on every invoice issued by our payment processor.

4. Order and contract formation

1. You pick a plan on the Pricing page and click “Subscribe”.
2. You are redirected to the secure checkout hosted by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
3. You enter your payment information and confirm the payment. The transaction is only definitively committed at this stage.
4. A confirmation email with the Stripe receipt is sent within a minute of payment.
5. Your paid plan is activated immediately.

The contract is formed when Stripe receives the payment. The electronic invoice is accessible at any time from the Stripe customer portal (link in the confirmation email).

5. Payment

• Payment is processed by Stripe. InJobby stores no card data — only Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) sees your payment details.
• Accepted methods : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, plus local methods supported by Stripe in your country (SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
• Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically on the same day each month ; annual subscriptions on the same day each year.
• If payment fails, you receive an email inviting you to update your payment method. After 3 failed attempts within 7 days, the subscription is automatically downgraded to the Free plan without data deletion.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from contract formation to exercise your withdrawal right, without reason or penalty.

Express waiver of the withdrawal right for the digital service : under Article L.221-28-13 of the French Consumer Code, if you start using the paid features before the 14-day period expires AND you give us express consent to this early performance AND express waiver of your withdrawal right, you acknowledge losing that right. The waiver is presented as a separate checkbox during payment.

To exercise your withdrawal right (within 14 days and without prior waiver), email us at contact@injobby.com with subject “Withdrawal”. The refund is processed within 14 days via the same payment method used for the transaction.

7. Refund outside the withdrawal window

Outside the 14-day statutory withdrawal window, subscriptions already underway are not refundable (pro rata or total), except in case of material Service malfunction duly observed. We review requests case- by-case at contact@injobby.com.

8. Cancellation and termination

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal (accessible from your InJobby account settings) or by writing to contact@injobby.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). You keep access to paid features until that date, then your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
• No refund is due for the ongoing period in case of customer-initiated cancellation (except within the 14-day withdrawal window).

9. Non-performance — Force majeure

InJobby cannot be held liable for non-performance or delayed performance resulting from force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (including but not limited to : widespread third-party provider outages, denial-of-service attacks, governmental decisions, natural disasters).

10. Statutory conformity guarantee

The digital service is covered by the statutory conformity guarantee under Articles L.224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. In case of non-conformity, you have two years from the supply of the service to act. A defect appearing within 12 months of the supply is presumed to have existed at that point, unless proven otherwise.

11. Consumer mediation

In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, and under Articles L.612-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator. The mediator's details are provided on request at contact@injobby.com.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their formation, performance, or interpretation falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, except as otherwise required by consumer protection law (Article L.141-5 of the French Consumer Code).

13. Personal data

Data collected in connection with the sale (identity, email, billing history) are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment data (credit card) is not stored by InJobby — it only transits through Stripe, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
